Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items that match the provided description, engraving, and color selections at the time of purchase.

Before placing your order, please carefully review all details, including spelling, color choices, and engraving requests. We create each item based on the exact specifications provided, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors made during the ordering process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or significantly differs from the description or your customization request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at extrudedexpressions@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
